About Our Products

All our products are made of high quality material called “Melamine”. Melamine is an organic compound that is durable and when turned into resin, it forms plastic used for dinnerware and other utensils.

Delivery Policy

Orders within Metro Manila are free for a minimum order of P2,500.  Orders outside Metro Manila (ex. Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna) will be charged a fixed delivery fee of P300 plus P80 / kilo over total order of 3.00 kilograms.

Metro Manila orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days, except Sundays. Luzon orders 5-7 business days. For the rest, it will be 14-16 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and national holidays.  All provincial deliveries are air freight and coursed through LBC. Please check the latest delivery schedules here.

Provincial deliveries whether or not they are above P2,500 will be charged a delivery fee.

Return Policy

We will only accept returns for items that are clearly damaged upon receipt.  Please ensure you email customerservice@melawares.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.  We accept damages within 7 days upon receipt.
